We typically come onsite to meet your team and create the strategic plan. Ongoing, our merchandisers work remotely to execute the plan but are in constant communication with your team.
Yes. We have experienced merchandisers available to begin working with you very quickly on a fractional basis. That means they are working with multiple companies at the same time. However, since we train your team to take on the more administrative tasks of merchandising, a ProShare merchandiser for the strategic decisions works very well.
It’s a flat monthly fee based on the size of your business. It is always substantially less than the fully loaded cost of a full-time employee with hiring expenses, training, full-time salary, and benefits.
